A small number of people may have experienced problems with their Facebook on MusicHype. Facebook changed it's API setup recently so we've had to change the way we track the data that we get back from them. If you've been a MusicHype member for a while, it could just be that your Facebook settings need to be refreshed. Try logging in, then going to the settings page and removing then re-adding your Facebook details. Don't worry, you won't lose any of your existing Facebook tracks.

You can remove services from MusicHype at any time by signing in and going to http://musichype.com/settings. By unticking any of the added services here you are removing their details completely from our database and we will stop tracking them.
If for some reason you can't get into your MusicHype account, you can always revoke the MusicHype applications privileges on your individual services. For example on Twitter, you can remove MusicHype by going to the Edit profile section and then the applications tab.

Because we're tracking third party services like Facebook and Twitter, and they're subject to delays of their own, it can sometimes take as long as 24 hours for your data to show up. So please be patient, we'll get there soon :-)
Also remember your Track Record is just a snapshot of your recent activities. If you click any of the "view all" buttons above your activities, you'll be taken to a page that not only shows everything you've done, it will also allow you to filter by keyword and category. So if you think we've missed something, try looking here first.
if it's been over 24 hours and we still haven't tracked your activity then something could indeed be wrong, so let us know at support@musichype.com
